Grassmere has supplied and installed the 22,000 sf pre-engineered Butler building to be used for food storage by Crofter Foods. This is one of several buildings previously constructed on the site.

The building is single-sloped with a high eve height of 31′ to optimize clearance space within the building.

Due to the climatic requirements in Parry Sound, an enhancement insulation system was added to the roof to optimize thermal and energy efficiency.
