We erected a Murox building as a way to help expedite this project because these have pre-fab structural wall panels that arrive on site with windows and doors already in place. Grassmere also hired local contractors on the reserve.
The Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre (SOAHAC) was the anchor tenant and helped finish the tenant buildout.
