This arena project was pre-tendered prior to the construction drawings being completed, which meant we did not have the specs to work with. At the same time, we had to work in conjunction with multiple disciplines and stakeholders including the general contractor and the project’s architect. Scheduling and safety issues were also paramount.

The Grassmere Solution:

We self-performed the work through our “sister” erection company, KDM Erectors.

The Result:

The project was completed safely, on time and within budget.
