Grassmere was contracted to custom-build an office complex that involved five different companies housed within one building. This was a sustainable energy project involving several “green” building initiatives that had a tight budget and schedule.

Accu-Fax Investigations (AFI) ― a leader in corporate security ― has made this prestigious building its Canadian headquarters. The construction of this building was state-of-the-art from concept to completion.

The AFI project encompasses an atrium, solarium and roof garden with high-end exterior and interior finishes. The building also features energy efficient ground source heating and cooling systems, the latest in electronic security, training facilities and a custom garage.
