This achievement, along with hitting the rare milestone of over $5,000,000 in sales volume, was accomplished through the successful partnership between Grassmere Construction, KDM Erectors, and Behlen Industries.

The major project that allowed this achievement to be possible is the new KR Aerospace Hanger in Hamilton, Ontario. This 75,000 sf hanger boasts a 285’ rigid frame clear span (said to be the largest in Canada) and over 3.5 million lbs of erected steel.
