Armtec’s New Manufacturing Plant
Grassmere is providing Construction Management services to Armtec, the largest water management and drainage solutions company in Canada, to overlook their new manufacturing plant’s site development and construction in Tillsonburg, Ontario.
When completed, the 50+ acre site will feature four manufacturing buildings totaling 100,000 sf plus outside storage areas to accommodate Armtec’s finished products.
Northgate Plaza, Tillsonburg
Northgate Plaza is a new development in the North End of Tillsonburg. This new modern commercial complex will contain 15 units for a variety of retail and office uses.
