Industrial Fluids Manufacturing Plant London, ON Grassmere has partnered with Progressive Industrial Fluids using the Design-Build method to develop, design and construct their new 33,000 sf manufacturing plant and office located in London, ON. 28,000 sf will be designated to the manufacturing process, and 5,000 sf will be designated to the office space.
ASB Greenworld Mount Elgin, ON Grassmere Construction has torn down the existing office and is rebuilding a new 2,500 SF pre-engineered office on the existing foundations to support the client’s needs best. We will also be completing the office fit-out of the interior spaces and finishes.
Law Office Renovation Tillsonburg, ON Grassmere was awarded the demolition and major exterior & interior renovation of a commercial office building.
