Commercial Office Renovation Tillsonburg, ON Grassmere has been awarded the demolition and major exterior & interior renovation of a commercial office. The challenge is combining two existing spaces into one functional office over two storeys while highlighting the unique character of the building.
The Challenge The existing building is an older commercial plaza that was in need of a facade upgrade. The Result We used a combination of Acrylic Stucco and masonry veneer to give the building a more timeless appearance.
